She was born on July 30, 1949 in Talisay, Batangas, Philippines. Precy graduated from Talisay High School and received a BS in Education from the Abad Santos Educational Institution in Manila, Philippines. She moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba from the Philippines in the early 1970s. She is survived by family and friends in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Lamay/Viewing will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2013 commencing at 6:00 p.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. Prayer Vigil will be held at 7:30 p.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel on Saturday evening. Rev. Father Rainerio Sarce officiating. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at a later date in the Philippines.
