I will always be grateful for her love and caring for me as a young teenager. We always have had a special bond. I remember as a child how we enjoyed her parcels she sent at Christmas, always interesting treasures. You will be missed Auntie. - Posted by: Alice McCaffrey (niece) on: Jul 21, 2013

Tante Lucie lives in our hearts as a loving, giving, joyful lady who loved to chat, cook, sew, and do crafts. Her career was that of a talented seamstress, and her lovely hands also created many beautiful handicrafts that we will treasure in her memory. She loved opera, chocolates, and a good game of cards. Her sharp mind and curiosity are an inspiration. The memory of her generosity is will be her legacy. - Posted by: Valerie Wassill (Niece) on: Jul 20, 2013

Auntie Lucy, my children's "great aunt" and to me a very special kind and caring lady, would visit us in Calgary over the years. Always wanting to help in many ways, she brought us comfort at a very difficult time in our lives. Her sense of humour would have our family laughing over the simplest of situations. Her talents in sewing and recycling everything was something she shared with us often and will always be treasured. We loved her....Rest in Peace Auntie Lucy Brenda Daoust Derek Daoust Michelle Shea - Posted by: Brenda Daoust (family) on: Jul 18, 2013

I will forever cherish the memories of time spent in Winnipeg with Auntie Lucy, a most kind, loving and generous lady who always had time (& usually some little gifts) for her nieces & nephews. - Posted by: Tony Wassill (Nephew) on: Jul 17, 2013
