Lavina was a generous lady, who kept in touch with a wide array of cousins through her annual Christmas letters and cards which were thoughtful and informative, often funny and very much anticipated each year. She will be very much missed as the glue that kept us informed of family news. I have also been asked to pass on to cousin Ron and his family the sympathy of cousin Vivien Wake in New Zealand who unfortunately never had the opportunity to meet Lavina but knew of her through her Christmas letters. - Posted by: Barbara Carroll (Cousin) on: Aug 12, 2013

One of the nicest, "laid-back" ladies that we have ever met. People like her don't come around very often. Our sincere condolences to Ron and family. - Posted by: Al Silvester/Rita McArthur (Friends) on: Aug 09, 2013
