Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTAMARA MARGARET GUNN (TAMMY) Peacefully on August 8, 2013 after a short battle with cancer, Tamara Margaret, born April 18, 1971 left this life to be reunited with her parents Elsie and Norman Gunn at the age of 42 years. A service will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2013 from 7:00 10:00 p.m. at the Bread of Life Ministry, 1338 Main St., Winnipeg, MB. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m., with viewing at 1:00 p.m. at the St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Peguis, MB. Rev. I too am saddend to hear of Tammy's passing, to the family, may God Bless you and be with you thru the difficult days ahead, may you find comfort in all the wonderful memories you have all shared together. Always remember when we lose a loved one, they always live on in our hearts forever. I too have many fond memories of Tammy, when we all enjoyed those endless summer days swimming in the Nelson River in Norway House, Tammy may you rest in peace. It is with great sadness and shock to hear of tammy's passing and regrets to not have kept in contact with the family over the years. I visited the family in peguis in 2004 where I enjoyed a visit with Elsie, Tammy, Ann and Alita. Tammy had a zest for life, a smile that lit up a room and I will always remember her that way. To the family, may you all find strnegth and comfort in the days ahead knowing that Tammy is reunited with your parents. Although I have not seen Tammy for over 20 yrs this picture is exactly what I remember her as. We shared many summers together as she would come visit every summer to see her grandparents and extended family in Norway House - I have very wonderful memories of her and just hanging out by the river swimming, listening to music, sharing stories of each others lives my small town life and her big city experience. We were typical teenage girls just sharing our hopes and dreams. Tammy was a beautiful person inside and out with that contagious kinda "goofy laugh" that was one of her many beautiful traits. I was saddened and shocked to hear of her passing - but I hope those closest to her will take time to grieve and share all those memories of her. Everyone always says time heals - all I can say is you will never stop missing and loving her but you will find comfort in those memories. God bless her and all her family and friends. I am only sorry not to have stayed in touch - but I too have wonderful childhood, teenage, and young adult memories of her. I am deeply saddened to hear of your mom's passing. Everyone that knew your mom will remember how she was always helping someone. I feel fortunate to have known her.
