Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJENNY MARY HUGHES May 23, 1942 - August 18, 2013 Jenny passed suddenly but peacefully on August 18, while on vacation in Winnipeg. She is survived by and will be dearly missed by her loving husband George, son Colin, granddaughter Ashley (Kyle), brother Walter and many other family members. She was predeceased by her daughter Tracy, her mother Rose and her father. Jenny was a caring, nurturing and all around great person. She loved to garden, paint and was an excellent cook. Travelling was a great passion and she would come to Winnipeg often to visit family. She had been in Mexico for her granddaughter's wedding in 2012 and had a great time there. She will be lovingly remembered by all who had the honour of knowing her. Services in Memory will be held in Victoria, BC, where she has lived for the past 40 years with her husband and family.
