JUANITA PARUNGAO RUBIO Peacefully, on September 17, 2013 at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Juanita Rubio passed away at the age of 78 years. Juanita is survived by her son Edilberto (Jun) and Gino, daughter Josephine Cruz, sisters Shirley and Tess as well as two sisters in the Philippines, and son-in-law Fernando (Totong) Cruz. Lamay commences at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 21 with prayers being said at 7:00 p.m. in the Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin St. on September 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. A special thanks to the staff of Health Sciences Centre and Seven Oaks Hospital, Units 1 and 2 on the 5th floor.
