THEODOR SERR It is with great sadness that the family of Theodor Serr, beloved husband of Jutta, announce his passing on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 87. A private family service will take place. The family wishes to thank all of the staff on the 3rd floor at the Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Theodor's memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 109 - 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3E 0V9.
