MARY KUCHENSKI (nee POSTULUK) Peacefully on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at Red River Place, Mary Kuchenski, aged 98 years, formerly of Rossdale, Manitoba. Mary was born May 15, 1915 and raised in Cloverleaf, MB and after her marriage to Nick in 1938, she resided and worked along with her husband on the family farm in the Rossdale area. Mary was predeceased by her husband Nick in 1985, her parents, George and Anna Postuluk; her sisters Kay and Jenny and brother Bill. She leaves behind to mourn her passing sons Andrew (Mary) and Harold; grandchildren Lanette (Dave), Henry of Saskatoon and Karen (Bob) Repovs of Toronto; also five great-grandchildren, Matthew, Riley, Grace, Justin and Lyla, many nieces and nephews. Mary's memory will always be cherished by family and friends and all that knew her. A special thank you is extended to the wonderful staff and caregivers at the Red River Place and to Dr. Lindenschmidt, your care and support was truly appreciated. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in the Blessed Virgin Mary the Protectress Church, Rossdale, MB, 530 Donald Road, Lockport, MB. Flowers are gratefully declined, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Mary may be made to the Blessed Virgin Mary the Protectress Church, 530 Donald Road, Lockport, MB R1A 3K4.
