DOROTHY ANDERSON (TRAVERSE) January 24, 1948 - October 5, 2013 It is with deepest sorrow and sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Dorothy Anderson on Saturday, October 5, 2013. Dorothy has completed her journey here on earth and will live forever in God's eternal Heavenly Kingdom. Dorothy leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 46 years, Walter; her children Cynthia (Dennis), Aaron (Karen), Brent, Kim (George), Daphne (Curtis); grandchildren, Aaron Jr., Kyla, Delanie, Jaimie, Jason, Dana, Kashtin, Roberta, Gavin, Hayden, Skyleigh and Melody; great-grandchildren Aaron James, Jonathon, Coleson, Trevor and Alanis; her brother, Norman (Winnie); sisters, Rosemary, Linda (Clements) and Lillian (Barney); her sisters-in-law, Elizabeth and Betty Traverse; her brothers and sisters-in-law, Marina (Alex), Ida, Beatrice, Alex (Vivian), Dorothy (Bill), John (Roseanne), Joe (Rosemary), Marilyn (Norman), Sam (Eileen), Harold (Anne) and Brian. She also leaves numerous family members and friends, too many to mention. A Wake Service will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Family First Nations Worship Centre, 265 Flora Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. A Wake Service will be held on Friday, October 11, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in Dauphin River, MB. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in Dauphin River at the Pentecostal Church, with Pastor Alex J. Anderson officiating.
