  • Don and I got our drivers licences together in 1976. he also sold me one of my first cars, not to mention it was my very special 1969 Mercury Cyclone, we met up again after a few years of parting at Tech Voc high school. Once again after a few years at Furnasman Heating in Winnipeg. He came in and out of my life but always stuck out in my mind and was always sure somehow he would pop up again to be sure. Low and behold 35 years later (last Jan) We were reunited again and took off as if it were yesterday. I was very honored to have been part of Don's struggle and marveled at his courageous way of dealing with his situation. My thoughts are with his family and friends. Till we meet again. - Posted by: Mark Eastwood (School friend.) on: Oct 19, 2013
