Uncle Al, my thoughts are with your children and grandchildren during this difficult time. Many memories of our families being together. We shared many meals, sleepover with your kids and trips in the car. The fond memories are what will carry us all through these days ahead. Blessings to all! - Posted by: Kim Fraser (Niece) on: Oct 16, 2013

My fondest memory of Uncle Al was the time he cared for me while my Mom was in hospital and Dad (his little brother Casey) was working shift work. Dad would drop me off with Uncle Al (because I was only in half school kindergarten) and tell me to be very quiet and listen to everything Uncle Al said. One day he fed me lunch and I politely commented on how good lunch was. Uncle Al replied, "did you like the frog meat?" Of course at the time I was horrified but said nothing until Dad picked me up. When I told Dad what Uncle Al fed me, Brothers shared a good laugh....a laugh we shared several times throughout the years. Rest in peace Uncle Al, give my Dad a hug from me. Some of my fondest memories of my childhood were at the Bialek residence on Drake Blvd. That was my second home for years and Mr. Bialek always made me feel welcome and like part of the family. Memories are what keep us alive and they never leave us. Remember your Dad with the fondest of memories and know that he will always be looking down on you watching over his family. My thoughts, prayers and love are with you all during this difficult time. - Posted by: Patty Whitehill (Friend of the family) on: Oct 16, 2013
