My dear sweet little "mother-in-love," Ruth Thomson...you left us in the morning, after a long illness. You, a beautiful mother-in-law, mother, grandma, and my friend, always such a lady, courageous and strong, with the biggest and kindest heart around. You will be missed so very much by all who love you, and I am so honored to have known you. Rest sweetly, little Ruthie...thank you for all you taught me....'till we meet again. - Posted by: Patricia Thomson (daughter-in-law) on: Nov 05, 2013

Condolences to the Thomson clan, especially Kathy and dad Robert. I loved going to Stead with Kathy, and meeting the whole family. Mom Ruth in the kitchen making a HUGE meal to be taken out to the fields for lunch. She was always smiling, upbeat, and very welcoming. Beautiful picture. - Posted by: Maureen Glacken (Kathy's friend 1980's) on: Nov 03, 2013
