FRANCES MARY SENEBALD (WLASEK) October 20, 1919 - October 31, 2013 It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Frances Mary Senebald on October 31, 2013 at age of 94 years. Frances was predeceased by her husband Alfred. She is lovingly remembered by her three children Carol (Dallas) Allinson, Roger (Paulette), Jerry (Sherrie), grandchildren, Aaron (Kari), Jordy (Carrie), Nicole (Kirk), Dallas, Shelby, and Jake. Great-grandchildren, Charlie, Austin, Hunter, Alexa, Vaughn, and Cullen. Fran (Mom, Grandma), was a warm, caring, and kind woman who would do anything for anyone. Her generous and gentle ways will be greatly missed. As well as being a loving mother and wife, Fran was a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles for over 20 years and was a past president. She also worked at Peoples Jewellers well into her 60's and enjoyed it very much. Toby and Cindy were just a couple of her special pets that she loved dearly, and they loved her in return. Celebration of Frances's life will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the Wheeler Funeral Home, Cemetery & Crematorium, 1800 Day St. at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frances's name to the Alzheimer Society Of Manitoba. We love you very much Mom, and appreciate all you have done. Funeral arrangements in care of Wheeler Funeral Home, Cemetery & Crematorium, 1800 Day Street, 224-1525

  • Grandma I'm sorry I wasn't there to spend the last years with you. I can only hope that I can make a positive impact on people the way you did to many. • I am so sorry for your loss as Fran was such a lovely and gracious lady. I started working with Fran over forty years ago and maintained the friendship for many years as I enjoyed the company of both her and your dad. She always had a smile, laugh and mischievous twinkle in her eye and I will cherish the wonderful memories I have of her. I hope with time your memories will bring you peace. With heartfelt sympathy as you go through this difficult time. - Posted by: Patricia Burak (Friend and co-worker) on: Nov 12, 2013

  • Dear Fran's family, I worked with Fran for a few years at Peoples Jewellers at Grant Park during the 1970s when I was a young Mom. Your Mom was one of the most caring persons I have ever known. She treated all of us like family. I am grateful to have known your Mom. My sincerest sympathies. With blessings, Lee - Posted by: Lee Rye (former co-worker at Peoples Jewellers) on: Nov 12, 2013
