Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL PRINCE (MIKEY) ANDERSON Suddenly, on November 6, 2013, at his residence in Winnipeg, MB, Michael Prince Anderson (Mikey), formerly of Little Saskatchewan First Nation, passed away at the age of 25 years. Michael leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Darlene Anderson (stepdad Irvin Cook), girlfriend Ashley Sinclair, baby brothers; Errol and Irvin Jr., stepbrother; Leo (Tiffany) Choken their children Kaizer and Karemarie Choken and father Michael James Choken and other siblings. Grandmother Florence Choken, aunties; Eileen Anderson, Alice Thompson, Pearl Beardy, Freda (Isaac) Sinclair, Ruby (Greg) Traverse, Elizabeth Choken and Tina Sinclair, uncles; Albert Choken and Charles Choken. Michael also leaves to mourn, his cousins whom he referred to as bro's; Clifford Anderson, Reese Anderson, Gavin Anderson, Aaron Traverse, Donny Beardy, Greg Beardy, Martin Sumner, Keith Traverse and Tyson Sinclair, also his sister-cousins; Cherise Beardy, Leila Traverse, Cecily Beardy, Alicia Anderson, Camelia Thompson, Elizabeth Sinclair, Amy Anderson, Penny Campbell and Starla Campbell. Also special friend Robert Morand and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Michael was predeceased by his grandparents Walter and Ellen Anderson, grandfather; Wilfred Paul, great-grandparents Henry George and Florence Anderson, Auntie Doreen Anderson, uncles; Orville Anderson, Ivan Choken, Cecil Choken, John Thompson. Cousins; Joan Anderson, Murray Traverse, Orville Dean Anderson and Errol Thompson, as well as numerous other relatives. Mikey enjoyed spending time with his little brothers, cousins and friends, to whom he referred to as his brothers and sisters, always text messaging or phoning them whenever he had a chance and communicated with them through Facebook. He was enrolled at the Aboriginal Centre before his passing, but always made time for family and friends. Mikey will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Little Saskatchewan First Nation Chief & Council, Lake St. Martin Chief & Council, Rev. Emery Marsden and Chad Wheeler, also to all the family members and friends who came to pray and comfort the family at our home, your love and kindness will never be forgotten. Wake services will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, Raymond Flett Memorial Church, 1493 Magnus Ave. at 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the Fairford House of Prayer at 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be on Thursday, November 14, 2013, also at the Fairford House of Prayer at 1:00 p.m. Rev.
