Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMORLEY (RICK) NORMAN LOCKE 1964 - 2013 Suddenly on November 7, 2013, at home, Morley Norman Locke aged 49 years. He leaves to mourn his passing his partner, friend and confidant (of 26 years) Eric Chartrand, his mother Elsie Brecheisen, brothers George (Sarah) Locke and Wolfgang Brecheisen, sisters Charlotte (Guy Martin), Gwen (Jim) Court, Geri (Ron) Molinski, nieces and nephews. In addition he leaves to mourn his extended family, the Chartrand family: Mable (Bill), Ruth, Doris, Bruce (Shirley) and many, many nieces and nephews. Morley was predeceased by his father Morley (1980), and brother Douglas Locke (1989). Morley worked many years as manager at various call centres until his battle with COPD set him back drastically. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 17 at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard, Winnipeg, MB R3T 5Y4. A donation in Morley's memory can be made to the Society of Manitobans with Disabilities, 825 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1M5. "No farewell words were spoke. No time to say goodbye. One long year has passed and there is not a day that goes by without you on my mind and flow down my cheeks. Oh how I miss you my dear and there is no words that could describe or explain the sorrow I go through everyday. The only consolation I have is keeping in my mind and my heart was that you were my everything and that no one can take away from me. Eric, I am so very sorry for your loss. You & Rick were the very best of neighbours for my mom and helped my sisters and I get through our own mom's passing. Rick was a nice person and a gentle soul.
