Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARTHA KOWALCHUK (nee DUNITS) It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother, Martha, at her home in Hazelridge, on Sunday, December 1, 2013 at the age of 82 years. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Deacon Morris Kowalchuk. Martha will live on in the hearts of her children Doreen Steinert (Mark), Shirlee (Phil), Thomas (Elaine), grandchildren Nicole Steinert (James Ward), Alexander, Peter and Adam Kowalchuk. She is also survived by her sister Dorothy Hyde (Arthur). Divine Liturgy will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church in Cooks Creek with Fr. Taras Kowch presiding. Doreen, I was so shocked and saddened when I heard of your Mom's passing. So sudden and so unexpected. I'm sure she missed your Dad terribly. You had not dropped in to chat for a few days, so I went looking for you. David sends his condolences. You are in my thoughts and prayers and I send you and Mark hugs.
