Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANK PACELLA July 12, 1963 - December 9, 2013 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother and uncle. Peacefully on December 9, 2013, age 50 at Calvary Place, Frank left us to continue his journey with the Lord and to join his father Donato, his grandparents and many cherished family members and friends. Left to mourn his passing are mother, Antonina, sister Maria, nephews Alessandro and Adriano and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Frank graduated from Garden City Collegiate in 1981. His fondest moments were of his wonderful childhood filled with family, friends and many good times. He loved his days at the Oasis' where he rode his cherished mini bike' with his friends and family. He was a passionate, smart and energetic young man who never backed down from a challenge. Frank's fondest memories as a teenager, was his very special bond with his cousin, Onofrio. Their many adventures and escapades were some of his most treasured times. He was passionate about his cars and of one day owning his own restaurant. Unfortunately, his dream was never fulfilled when at 17 he was diagnosed with a brain tumor that forever changed his life. While he faced many challenges over the last 33 years, he loved working at Papa George's, Olympia Diner, Boston Pizza and Old Spaghetti Factory. Driving his car, visiting friends at the Thunderbird Inn or Johnny's Pizza, collecting old Winnipeg Jets memorabilia and mastering his card tricks were a few of his favorite pastimes. One can never escape Frank showing you one of his brilliant' card tricks or showing off' his treasured Jets' memorabilia. Frank was blessed with many loving friends; Gary, Rudy, Bradley, Glen and many, many more who touched his life. We appreciate the kindness and love you showed him. Frank, we know this has been a difficult journey for you. We hope and pray that every hope, every wish and every dream gone unfulfilled will be yours in the eternal kingdom. May you be blessed with all your heart's desires in the company of our Lord. We love you, we will miss you. Our heartfelt gratitude to the amazing staff at Calvary Place. In particular, the 3 North nurses and nursing assistants who cared for and loved Frank like one of their own. Words cannot express the love and appreciation we have for all of you. Antonina and Maria, I wish to express my deepest condolences to you and your family. Frankie will be missed. I fondly remember him playfully teasing my daughter Domenica as he always called 'Sunday' whenever he came by to visit at my Mother-in-law's place. Always ready to perform, Frankie was a true magician and handler of a deck of cards, but what made him special was his easy going manner, a spell that he cast like no one else in the room. Addio, Frankie. - Posted by: Don Burroughs (Friend of Frank and his family) on: Dec 14, 2013

My heartfelt sympathies to Frank's family. He amazed me by remembering every car, make and model, who owned it, for how long, and how much they bought and sold it for. He was wonderfully kind to my kids and yes, he dazzled them with his card tricks. God Bless you, Frank - we will miss you. - Posted by: Mark Stutski (Friend) on: Dec 12, 2013
