Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryYVONNE WINIFRED JANET LEITCH (nee WEST) October 4, 1934 - December 20, 2013 We regret to announce the passing of Yvonne Leitch on Friday, December 20, 2013 after a lengthy illness. She was predeceased by her sisters Lolly Shindle and Margaret Bale, and her grandson David James Robert Leitch. Yvonne leaves to mourn, her daughters Nancy and Stacey, grandchildren Alycia, Jason, nephews Bryan and Donald Bale, Bill, Bob, and Donny Shindle, as well as many other relatives and friends. She was born and raised in Winnipeg and attended school at Tech Voc. Over the years she worked at MTS, A&W and finally at Health Sciences Centre, where she worked at various positions. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 28 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. 204-586-8044

I knew Yvonne since I went to elementary school as she lived across the street from Seven Oaks Elementary School. Beautiful lady in presence and heart. I will miss her friendly smile and hello. Sorry to hear of Yvonne's passing. Yvonne and I knew each other since we were two or three years old. At that time we both lived on McAdam Ave. I moved to Matheson Ave. and Yvonne eventually moved to Polson and we both went to Luxton School.
