Met Barrie a few times, but what stands out is when Barrie, along with Marj, attended my wedding and he got up and went to the podium and was telling jokes. Such a funny guy! My thoughts are with you Marj and your family. - Posted by: Raquel (ex Co-worker) on: Jan 20, 2014

Marg, I've been living out in Sask working with my son. I read the Free Press online and was deeply saddened to read of your and our loss. Barrie's memory with me will always be that of laughter and friendship. A couple of fond memories were keeping your surprise anniversary a secret at work and seeing the look on his face that night. Also when our kids were young and we returned from a holiday from the states. I presented him with a green t-shirt with a picture of Barney Rubble on it as he always said how people reminded him how they look a like. My heart is with you at this difficult time.
