Rae has always been one of my fondest relatives. She truly possessed wonderful personal and professional traits of care and feelings for her fellow human beings. Her Christian values were pronouncedly subtle and well-considered. She was courageous by all observable measures. I will miss our annual long-distance discussions and Xmas greetings. I am sorry that I was not informed as to the details of her Funeral Services. My 101 year old mother, Berta Belisle,(Rae's aunt) and my wife, Beatrice Belisle join in wishing Rae God-speed and blessings; she will be in our continued Christian prayers and thoughts. We did, indeed, love you Rae and our respected memories will remain alive. - Posted by: Allan J Belisle (2nd cousin on mother's side) on: Feb 01, 2014

Dear Craig and family. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom. She was always such a nice lady who never hesitated to say hello anywhere we met her in town, and particularly when we passed by while she was in her yard. Rachel had a smile that lit up her whole face when greeting and conversing with people. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this sad time. Sincerely, Christine - Posted by: Christine Kist (Van Cauwenberghe) (formerly from Swan Lake) on: Jan 27, 2014
