WAYNE B. SCHROEDER April 21, 1952 - January 15, 2014 In loving memory of our dearly beloved, Wayne B. Schroeder, 61 years of age, of Rosenfeld, MB who passed away suddenly as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Wayne was predeceased by his father, Peter J. Schroeder. He is so sadly missed and his memory will be forever cherished by his special friend and partner, Sharon; his beloved mother Henrietta Schroeder; his beloved brothers and sisters and their families: Rodney (Barbara), Laurie (Carol), Delores (Donald), Wesley (Karen), Walter (Grace), Valerie (Dave), Ronald and Lloyd; his precious nephews and nieces and his special great-nephews and great-nieces. He is also survived by many loving relatives, friends and co-workers whose lives he also touched and enriched. In his earlier years, Wayne was employed in road construction but spent most of his working life on the pipeline in the western provinces and in Manitoba. A funeral service in Wayne's remembrance will be held in Altona, MB on Monday, February 10, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Mennonite Church at 267-8th Avenue N.E. Wiebe Funeral Home of Altona, MB in care of arrangements.

  • In May of this year it would have been 40 years since I first met and worked with Wayne. We have worked together many times since then, as recently as last March.
