Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTADEUSZ (TED) STANCZAK Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, Tadeusz passed away at the Maples Personal Care Home on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at the age of 85 years. Tadeusz leaves his wife Barbara of 58 years; daughter Jadwiga and husband Terry; son Mark and wife Karen; and grandchildren Kristen, Brent and Scott. Tadeusz was born in Poland. The family moved to Canada in 1963. He will be remembered for his quiet, loving manner, never complaining despite his long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. He had a very strong sense of humour that he jokingly tormented all of us with. When he was still able, the family enjoyed many happy times fishing, mushroom picking and summers at Grand Beach. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 7, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue. Interment will take place in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
