LLOYD RAYMOND SMITH April 23, 1934 February 21, 2014 "Note Name Middle Name Correction" Peacefully on Friday, February 21, 2014 Lloyd Smith passed away at home with his loving spouse by his side. Lloyd is lovingly remembered by his spouse of 18 years Gloria DeMelo and her children and grandchildren; his children Terry (Kris), Karen (Roman), Rodney (Sandy); grandchildren Brandis, Jade, Noah, Adrian, Madelyn and Veronika. As well as his brothers Larry (Pam), Ron (Marlene) and many nieces and nephews. Lloyd was predeceased by his son Derek. Lloyd loved his music especially listening to jazz. He enjoyed many outings with Gloria whether it be a ride around the city to one of his favourite restaurants or a quick stop at Tim Horton's for a coffee. A Funeral Service will be held at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. Winnipeg, MB on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Reverend Monsignor Maurice Comeault officiating. Viewing will be held on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main St, Winnipeg, MB. A reception for family and friends will follow the interment at the Mosaic Reception Centre.
