Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELSIE NORTHCLIFFE June 26, 1925 - February 26, 2014 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Elsie Northcliffe on February 26, 2014, at Concordia Hospital, at the age of 88 years. Elsie is predeceased by her husband Leonard Northcliffe, parents Lilian and Frederick Colclough, brothers Harry Baggley and William Baggley, and sisters Lillian Harvey and Marguerite Bruce. Left to cherish Elsie's memory are her children Connie, Robert and Jim (Loni), grandchildren Troy (Sue), Kimberly, Amy (Kevin), Kyle (Amy), Kelly (Murray); seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Elsie's life will take place on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Wheeler Funeral Home, Cemetery & Crematorium, 1800 Day Street.
