  • My grandmother was an amazing person. We had so much in common. She was a beautiful soul and an incredibly funny person. I loved her sass and she constantly surprised me at every corner. There will be no one better than you Grandmama. You were loved by all. I will keep all my memories at the farm and all the ones where you made me laugh till I cried. Je t'aime gross comme le ciel Grandmama! - Posted by: Marissa Rochon (Granddaughter) on: Mar 19, 2014

  • It is with great fondness I remember Florence Rochon, at times she was like a second mother to me. My condolences Marc, Michel, Paul et Jean-Pierre. - Posted by: Michel Pothier (Friend) on: Mar 18, 2014

  • Dearest Rochon Family, I'm so saddened hearing of Ma Tante Florence's passing. I have fond memories in the early years coming over from Ste. Agathe to Winnipeg to visit Eugene and Florence, but most of all play with the boys. What she lacked in stature she more than made up for it in heart. I still remember her making my family feel so welcome when I took them with me to bury my mother. She went through the effort of arranging a family get together so that everyone could meet my family. Marc, Michelle, Paul and Jean-Pierre, my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your families during this time of sorrow. Best wishes for a comforting peace from the Joyal family. - Posted by: Norman Joyal (Cousin of the Rochon Family) on: Mar 12, 2014

  • Dearest family, I am saddened to hear about Auntie Florence's passing. She was a very dear person, kind to all and she raised a family of loving and strong kids. It is my prayer that the boys can all stick together and continue to be a loving family. • We wish to express our deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother, and our friend, Florence. We first met at the hockey rink, where she faithfully came to watch and cheer on Reece and Matthew. She had such terrific vigor for watching their games, and would even go sit on the end of the rink where she could see our team best, even if she had to take on the help of family and friends. I remember her telling me (Caroline) one evening how much she enjoyed speaking French with my mother during games! Please know that Florence's presence will be missed by us, too. Extending our thoughts and prayers to you. Love, Caroline and Matthew - Posted by: Caroline and Matthew (friends) on: Mar 08, 2014
