Jeff was adept at elections at an early age. I became friends with him when we both attended the U of M and became AGGIES together. In my second year he talked me into a council position and had me elected before the, well I guess I could, had even escaped my mouth. Although we did not keep in touch as often as we should have as soon as we got together conversation continued freely. I will miss our talks big guy as you always kept me up to date on class news. My sincere condolences to his other friends and family. - Posted by: Brian Case (university friend) on: Apr 02, 2014

I first knew Jeff as an I T guy for the Department of Agriculture, then as a valued campaign organizer in 1990, then as an SA for the Minister of Agriculture in the Filmon Government. Jeff was a fine friend, a great conservative, always ready with his advice, wit and wisdom. Very sad to see him pass so early in life.
