Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH EDWARD MOSLEY May 10, 1920 - March 22, 2014 Ed Mosley, beloved husband of Eva Mosley, passed away peacefully on the evening of March 22, 2014. He leaves to mourn his wife and best friend of 54 years, Eva, daughter Karen (Alvin), son Keith ( Dyane) and their families. Ed was born in the Interlake near Ashern, MB. His early years were spent cattle farming with his parents and brother Harold. He married the love of his life, Eva on August 22, 1959. Ed was employed by the City of Winnipeg until his retirement. He was an avid bowler, loved golfing, gardening, and always enjoyed a good walk. Ed and Eva enjoyed many adventures and road trips in Manitoba and beyond. He was a "Jack of All Trades" and was forever puttering on one project or another. His "inventions" were a great source of amusement over the years. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. Interment to follow at Thomson "In the Park" Cemetery. The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the staff of the Golden Door Geriatric Centre for their exceptional care, kindness and attentiveness. Our sincere condolences Eva and family. We are in Victoria but saw Ed's obituary on the net. We always enjoyed Ed's and your company at Tuxedo Lawn Bowls club and missed you both for the last few years. We will be thinking of you at this sad time. Eva, I was so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. Ed had a wonderful life but it had been difficult for all of you over the past couple of years and he's now in a better place.
