Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDWARD ROBERT DUTKIEWICZ On Thursday, March 27, 2014, Edward Dutkiewicz passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 75 years. Edward is survived by his two daughters, Denise Morrison of St. Andrews, MB and Diane Witwicki of Blumenort, MB; son Edward Dutkiewicz of Winnipeg, MB, and grandchildren, Tyler and Austin. He also leaves to mourn his brother Gerald and his wife Eileen as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Edward was born in St. Martin, MB to Nicholas and Pauline Dutkiewicz. Later moved to Winnipeg, where he became a small business owner, where made many friends and touched many lives. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Edward's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. 204-586-8044

Our Uncle Eddie. Our father, Tony Dutkiewicz was one of Eddie's older brothers. We spent a lot of time with their family as the brothers were in business together in Kimberly BC, then in the Okanagan. We were lucky, we had great uncles from both sides. Mom always kept in touch with Eddie and died the following year. Diana would stop and visit us here in Kelowna when she drove her semi through working. We have since lost contact with the girls and little Eddie. If any family wants to get in touch please do! You can send a quick email. Uncle Eddie always had a place for us to stay when my Mom and I came to Winnipeg for medical appointments, weddings, or funerals. Although you may not remember us. I certain remember what a big heart Uncle Eddie had. A perfect host who couldn't do enough for us. No wonder he was my Moms favourite. She has been gone for over 12 years, I can't help but think they have found each other in the next life. Our sincerest sympathy to you and your families at this sad and difficult time. To Diane and Denise. Your father was a very nice man. Patrick and Eddie had so many great chats over the years, and am sure we are not the only ones. I remember all the kind things he did for us. So sorry that Patrick and myself are both in the hospital and send our deepest sympathy to the two of you. Eddie you will be dearly missed. Ed was a frequent visitor at our family's cabin at Otter Falls. He was a good friend of my parents, Sam and Ella Gowriluk. He always showed up with a big smile, and took an interest in our young children. Ed gave my parents a Bean Bag Board and we enjoyed that in our yard for many, many years. Thanks Eddy!!
