STEFANIA DUDIUK (nee ZERUCHA) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing at home of Stefania on April 3, 2014. She was mother, grandma (babcia) and great-grandma. Stefania was born January 2, 1930 in the village of Oleszyce Stare, powit-Lubaczow, Western Ukraine, now a part of Poland. She immigrated to Canada in 1961. She was employed with the City of Winnipeg at the Pan Am Pool for many years retiring in 1993. She was a long time member of Sts. Volodymyr and Olha Cathedral, and enjoyed going to the mall for coffee and playing cribbage. Stefania was predeceased by her parents and her beloved husband Sam. Stefania is cherished by her daughter Grace (Burk); granddaughters, Diana and Adelle (Keith) and their son Riddick, her first great-grandchild whom she adored, and also family in Poland, Ukraine and the USA. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Sts. Volodymyr and Olha Cathedral, 115 McGregor St. with Rt. Rev Msgr. Mitrat M. Buyachok officiating.
