ROXANNE DENISE MOWATT On Monday, April 14, 2014 at the Selkirk General Hospital, Roxanne Mowatt, aged 54 years of Lockport, beloved wife of Sidney and mother of Brenan and Clarissa passed away. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
