HAZEL IRENE KELSEY (nee KIRBY) It is with heavy hearts the Kelsey family announces the passing of Hazel Kelsey on April 10, 2014 at the age of 92 years. Granting Hazel's wishes, cremation has taken place. A complete obituary will be published at a later date with memorial service details. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Hazel to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3.
