JOSEPHINE ROSALIE LANSARD (nee DORNEZ) 1935 - 2014 Josephine of Dryden, Ontario passed away on April 29, 2014 at Dryden Regional Hospital at the age of 78 years. She was born in St. Genevieve, Manitoba. She will be greatly missed by all her family, including her eight children: Annette Bergen (Bill), Vermilion Bay; Aline Hanes (Wayne), Ft. St. John, BC; Jeanne Feniuk, Beaverlodge, AB; Rolande Johns (Gary), Ft. St. John, BC; Simone Hagedorn (Murray), Moosomin, SK; Denis (Jennette), Fort St. John, BC; Yvonne McGrath (Jim), Thunder Bay, ON; Lorraine Long, Fort St. John, BC. Josephine also leaves 23 grandchildren: 21 great-grandchildren, 3 step-great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson, her brother Jean (Blandine), and two sisters Elizabeth Ross (Leo) and Marcelline Beaulieu. She is predeceased by her husband Jean-Paul of 32 years, Shawna Hagedorn (granddaughter), Terry Armstrong, Shane Long and Patrick Cathcart (sons-in-law), Parents Maria (nee Fiola) and Theophile Dornez. , Six sisters: Rosalie, Angeline, Marieanne, Delia, Noellie, Adrienne; and two brothers: Bernard and Leon. Funeral will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2014 with viewing at 1:30 p.m. followed by Mass at 2:00 p.m. at the Ste. Anne RC Church, 162 avenue Centrale, Sainte-Anne-des-Chênes, with interment to follow in the Ste Anne Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dryden Regional Health Centre Pallitive Care Refurbishing Fund or to the Children's Wish Foundation.
