CLARICE CAROL SCOTT We are saddened to announce that suddenly on Thursday, May 1, 2014, Clarice Carol Scott passed away. Born in Swan Lake, MB on January 1, 1958 and passed away at the Grace Hospital at the young age of 56 years. She was predeceased by her mother Lillian Scott; her father Leonard Benais; brothers, Sherman Mervin Scott and Brian James Vermette; and granddaughter Justina Razor. She left to mourn her partner William Halton (a.k.a. Billy); her children, Jenny A. Razor, Leon E. Vermette, Peter G. Scott (Kayla) and Candace J. Scott (Brett); brothers, Izzy Sr. (Rachel), Ray Vermette, Clarence, Neadeau, Clayton, Benais, Lyle; sisters, Sylvia (John), Zelda (Karl Sr.), Doris (Derek),Nancy and Sherilyn Benais; numerous nieces, nephews; and many beloved grandchildren whom she loved all equally. Clarice loved playing bingo. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and always prayed for everyone else before herself. She will be missed by numerous family and friends. Viewing will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. A Wake will be held at Swan Lake First Nation Hall, Swan Lake Reserve, Thursday, May 8 at 4:00 p.m. Funeral service will take place Friday, May 9 at 12:00 noon also at the Swan Lake First Nation Hall.
