Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOYCE BRISSON (HELGASON) March 31, 1925 - May 3, 2014 We broken heartedly announce Mom's passing after a brief illness, one month past her 89 birthday. Mom continued to show her strength and sense of humor right up to the end. She will be missed more than we can say, or even imagine. Left to mourn are her children, Lynda (Geoff), Larry (Elsie), Doug (Mira), Debbie (John), Ken ( Rosemary), Bill and Brian, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with her sister Gladys (Ron) plus numerous nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. She was predeceased by her daughter Kathy, husband Raymond and sisters Pauling and Norma. Cremation has taken place, and in keeping with her wishes there will be no funeral service. A private family interment will take place at a later date. We would like to thank the doctors and nurses of St. Boniface, Grace and Riverview Health Centre facilities for the wonderful care they provided to mom over the past month.
