ZOFIA GORA (nee ZAGORSKA) On Saturday, May 10, 2014 at the Holy Family Home in Winnipeg, Zofia, beloved wife of the late Adam Gora passed away at the age of 88 years. Zofia was born in Leningrad, Russia and came to Canada in 1970. She was a longtime member of the Holy Ghost Parish and was involved with the garment industry up until her retirement. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 12:00 noon at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Zosia was a very kind and generous person. She always remembered birthdays and anniversaries. Sympathetic and understanding in nature and eager to be involved, she will be missed.
