WILLIAM (BILL) JOHN ROSS OVERAND It is with a heavy heart that I announce the traumatic passing of my darling William (Bill) Overand in Libau, MB on May 19, 2014. He was predeceased by parents, Ross and Marilyn Overand. Bill leaves to mourn his love Sherry; son Joshua; mother and father-in-law Marlene and Dan Cook; sister-in-law Susan Arbuckle (Chris); nephews Nicholas and Logan; brother-in-law Daniel Cook (Sheena) and niece Cassidy; also leaving to mourn is Cheryl Thomas, who has always been there for him from the time Bill was a young boy; and long time friends Leonard and Susan Hunnie and family. Bill was born in Winnipeg on September 19, 1971, lived and was raised in Libau. He was employed by Manitoba Infrastructure & Transportation as a Special Operations Maintenance worker. Bill's pride and joy was his son Joshua and was always making sure he had all that he could provide. Accompanying him to his swimming and soccer or just going for a drive. He always had a smile on his face and was there to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing one hour prior to, in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, 309 Eveline Street, Selkirk, MB.
