Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE ALBERT HINDMARSH 1941 - 2014 The family of George Hindmarsh is sad to announce his passing, after courageous battle with cancer, on May 21, 2014 at the young age of 72. George is survived by his wife, Irene, and children Cynthia (Keith), Kelly, Rowan and Liz (Chris), also grandsons, Kris, Brandon, Kolton and Kyle. His siblings include Bob (Helen) and Bev (Pierre). He was predeceased by his sister Dorothy. He will be lovingly remembered by many extended family and friends. George worked as a long distance truck driver for most of his life. He loved his Peterbilt and his job. Over the years he worked for Reimers, Lakehead Freightways, Manitoulin, R.S. Harris, Mission Express and Armada Transport hauling both vans and flat deck trailers. As per George's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Darcy's ARC (Animal Rescue Centre), 730B Century St., Winnipeg, MB R3H 0M1. Had the pleasure of negotiating on behalf of the Union with Mr Hindmarsh. We had many laughs and frustrating moments all on the same day. Very sorry to see that he will no longer be at the table in the flesh, definitely be in spirit. Will always be in my thoughts and heart.
