As a young boy growing up I only had one aunt and uncle, the Muirs, and two cousins, Don and Bev, and a shared set of grandparents in Manitoba. So our families were close. I still have many happy memories of Christmas dinners at the Muir's home in Fort Whyte, and tobogganing with Bev, Don, brother Lloyd and our Dads, on to the pit. Also, each summer our Granpa and Gramma Case rented a cottage at Grand Beach for us all which was great, except that as Don and LLoyd were three years older than Bev and I they took off, and I had to play with Bev. Oh well, I guess I got over it, and looking back, we four kids were fortunate to have grown up in a wonderful family group. Eileen and I would like to wish good health and happiness to all the many relatives of that original group of 10. God Bless Barry Smith - Posted by: Barry Smith (cousin) on: Jun 14, 2014
