Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES HERBERT HARVEY June 13, 1928 May 29, 2014 It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Charles Herbert (Herb) Harvey on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at the age of 85. Herb is survived by his only sister Marguerite Duff of Hamilton, ON; sister-in-law Jean Sokol; brother-in-law Stanley Volovich; nieces and nephews and his McDonald friends and family. He was predeceased by his wife of 55 years Fran Valovich on December 28, 2007; his only son Gregg Harvey (now known as Kyle Braaten-Child) at the young age of 47 on February 20, 2004 and many in-laws as well. Herb lived all his life in Winnipeg, MB and worked a total of 40 years with the Railroads-VIA RAIL (CNR). Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 4 at 10:00 a.m. with viewing prior, at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment to follow in St. Vital Cemetery, 236 River Road, St. Vital.
