Viewing/Lamay will be held on Thursday, June 12 and Friday, June 13 from 6:00 p.m. to midnight at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 14 at 9:00 a.m. from St. Peter's Church, 748 Keewatin Street. Interment in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Avenue. CORAZON ROSARIO June 29, 1924 - June 3, 2014 It is with sadness, the family announces the passing of Corazon on June 3, 2014 at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Corazon was predeceased by her husband Policarpio. She is survived by their three children, Teresita , Mario, (Myra) and Jane; six grandchildren, Charis (Victor), Charlene, Claricel (Sourasith), Hayster (Rachelle), Homer (Mida) and Herbert (Roselyn); eight great-grandchildren, Sarina, Kyra, Jasmine, Kaileah, Liam, Nadia, Tatianna and Mateo; sisters-in-law, Mary Enriquez, Teresa Herrera (Nestor) and Medine, grand-nephew Christian (Charito) of Winnipeg, Tessie Azares of London, England and all relatives and extended families in Winnipeg, Calgary, Vancouver, Philippines and the United States. The family would like to thank all of the relatives and friends who were supportive during the time of need. Special thanks to Lina, Mona Bermudo, Magin Opiaza and family for all their loving care. Also thank you to the home care staff (Virgie, Flora, Vickie, Lisa, Carling), Seven Oaks Hospital ER and 5th floor staff for their exceptional care. Corazon loved to travel with her husband to places like Hawaii, New York and Philippines and now will be reunited with Policarpio to continue with their journey together.
