Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRONNIE RUDY KLINGZAHN (RON) May 10, 1954 Leroy, Saskatchewan June 1, 2014 Winnipeg, Manitoba It is with sadness that the family of Ron advises of his recent and unexpected passing. Born in Saskatchewan, Ron moved to Winnipeg with his parents and spent his early years in East Kildonan; his teenage years were spent growing up in Indian Head and North Battleford, Saskatchewan. After graduating high school Ron moved back to Winnipeg where he was a well-recognized and respected figure in the securities industry working as a financial advisor, most recently at National Bank. Ron was a caring, loyal and dedicated friend to many; he could always be counted on for a kind word or support when needed. His biggest smile could be seen relaxing amongst the warmth and beauty of his two favourite places, Hawaii and Palm Springs. More than anything, Ron loved his family and was a caring father to his three children, daughter Tracie (Sam) and his grandchildren Gavin and André; daughter Ashley, and son Jari (Chantal). He also leaves to mourn his passing his mother Nadia, Sister Kathy (Chris), sister Karen, and brother Bryan (Debra) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts. He was predeceased by his father Rudolf, his grandfathers Walter and Phillip and grandmothers, Wilhelmina and Juliana. A reception to celebrate his life will be held at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Winnipeg, MB, on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Condolences can be sent to the family. Dad I miss you so much. Theres not one day that passes by that i dont think of you. Its really hard to live life without you i always wish i didnt have to. I miss you so much and i promise to take care of Jari the best I can. We both miss and love you so much. Thank you FOR ALWAYS being there for me no matter what. So tragic and totally unexpected; I look back on growing up and spending summer vacation days just goofing around together, whether it was Winnipeg or in Saskatchewan, we really used to have some fun times. As we grew older, our times together lessened but when we got together we always could recount on all the great memories! You will and are missed already.
