Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJERZY NAZARKIEWICZ Peacefully on June 12, 2014, Jerzy passed away at Concordia Hospital at the age of 82 years. Jerzy is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Rozalia; sons Dariusz (Beata) and Leszek (Josée); grandchildren Nicole, Victoria, Olivia and Liam; sister-in-law Zofia (Wilfred); nieces Lisa and Monique (Paul) and extended family in Poland. The family would like to thank Dr. R. Johnson and the staff at Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion. There will be a viewing with Rosary on Tuesday, June 17 at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue with Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr.
