Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRODERICH ROMAN DOMIN June18, 1930 - June 7, 2014 It is with great sorrow and sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Rod, age 83 years on June 7, 2014 at Riverview Health Centre, Winnipeg, Manitoba. He leaves to mourn his passing, his sister, Sigrid in Berlin, Germany; his daughters, Terry (Glen), Lisa (Rob); his son, Roderick (Donna), BFF Tom (Deloris), also numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Roman and Elfreida Domin, Bonn, Germany; his loving wife, Kathleen; daughter Cynthia and grandson David. The family would like to thank the staff on CD1 at RHC for the care and comfort they provided. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 21 with Rev. Dr. Sharon Wilson officiating. Cropo Funeral Chapel 204-586-8044

ROD DOMIM AND A PARTNER OWNED ALLIED ELECTRIC ON SARGENT AVE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. HIS PARTNER DECIDED TO RETIRE SO THEY PUT THEIR BUSINESS UP FOR SALE. I PURCHASED THE BUSINESS AND HIRED ROD TO WORK FOR ME AS A MOTOR WINDER. HE WORKED FOR ME FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS TILL HE RETIRED.
