Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBERTO (BERT) RUNKO On Monday, June 16, 2014 at Riverview Health Centre, Winnipeg, Berto, beloved husband of Maria passed away at the age of 76 years. Besides his wife Maria, he is survived by his three sisters, Pina, Lina and Victoria of Istra, Croatia; sister-in-law Branislava; niece Ana; as well as extended family in the United States and Europe. Berto is predeceased by his parents, Mate and Katherina; sisters, Maria and Nina; brothers, Anton, Bruno, Tino and Rudolf. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Health Centre for their compassionate care. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Slovenian Roman Catholic Church, 95 MacDonald Avenue. Viewing will be one half hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Lung Association of Manitoba. 204-586-8044
