Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPETER TASHEKOWSKI April 27, 1921 - July 1, 2014 Peacefully on July 1, 2014, Peter Tashekowski aged 93 years, beloved husband of Julie of 67 years, passed away at Tudor House in Selkirk, MB. Peter was born and raised in Libau, MB where he lived his whole life. Peter is survived by his daughter Diane; son Wade; grandson Kevin Fanshaw (Bobbie-Jo); granddaughter Nicole Fanshaw; great-grandchildren Aidan, Violet; step-great-grandchildren Julie and Eric Perrett. Peter was a Veteran who farmed his land in Libau and worked construction on Hwy. 59 and for Cowin Steel. Thanks to all the staff at Tudor House for their compassion and care. PETER TASHEKOWSKI Peacefully, on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at the Tudor Personal Care Home, Peter Tashekowski, aged 93 years, formerly of Libau, Manitoba, beloved husband of Julie. In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held. Full obituary to follow in Saturday's paper.
