I just learned of Lorne's passing, I'm so sorry for your loss. Lorne and I knew each other from growing up in Lavenham. He was always friendly and helpful to everyone..kind and caring. I think he and my brother are conspiring in some way, leaving this earthly world at the same time. I'm sure they will continue to help everyone as they did in the past, only now from a more powerful place! - Posted by: Susan Ostapowich (friend) on: Jul 13, 2014

Another good man taken too young. The cherished memories I have of our good times are endless. The early years snow-plowing in Portage to later travelling together throughout the province moving road crews. EVERY single moment was a pure pleasure working with you bro. I feel grateful for having had the pleasure to work along this fine man. Orla, we are so sorry for your loss my friend...Our deepest and sincerest condolences to you and the boys. I am somewhat comforted knowing full well that the boys will carry on in the same fashion that they were taught by their father who was so so proud of them. Go rest high on that mountain my friend. Keep them trucks highly polished in heaven. Until we meet again. God Bless u bro. - Posted by: Lindy Johnson (co-worker, friend) on: Jul 05, 2014
