I was so saddened to read about the loss of your dear mother and grandmother.I have so many fond memories of both of them.I remember the first time we spoke your mom and dad were in the backyard working in the garden. I used to tease the two of them that their gardening skills were SO great they could grow something on the sidewalk. I remember Monday night Bingos. I would sit across from your mom and she was always amazed how lucky I was. One Monday I told her to rub my head for luck and she did. Well I'll be darned if she didn't win. Se was SO excited. So Mondays became a ritual of her rubbing my head for luck. She would always laugh. I remember when she broke her arm and I took them over a roaster full of perogies. It was as though I had given them a million dollars. Both of them loved the simple things in life. She always spoke so highly of her children and grandchildren. I know she loved you all very very much. I send to all of you my deepest sympathy through this very difficult. I know she is with your dad now probably planting some huge garden up in heaven. May all the wonderful memories you have keep her alive in your hearts always. RIP my dear neighbor. - Posted by: Donna Beyak Passante (former neighbor) on: Jul 13, 2014
