Ken is survived by his wife Marilyn Fluegel of 32 years, sons Clinton, Dallas, and daughter Marlo, his grandchildren Kenya, Emerson, Norton, Bailey, Dylan, Taylor, Roan, Katie, and Casey, his brother Richard (Heather) and sister Karen Drew (Bert) along with his nephews Christopher, Jeffery and Michael and niece Angela. He will also be deeply missed by his devoted dog Curly. Ken was born in Winnipeg and lived there all his life. Ken had an extraordinary passion for food and sports, particularly football and baseball. B. Sharkey and the nursing staff on the 4th floor of the Victoria General Hospital for their care and kindness. THOMSON "IN THE PARK" 204-925-1120 Condolences may be sent to www.thomsoninthepark.com

  • My old buddy Kenny, wow , i cant believe your gone. We had soo many great times and Karen (Kens sister} l feel your pain. Kenny and me, plus a whole bunch of guys in our youth made so many good memories. Ken loved to party and on sundays he would call us all up and plan a get together at different places. He was a great event planner. I was always proud to be sitting beside him at any of our favorite hangouts because he was full of fun and never a boring moment. He was well respected, completely honest, and his "tough" reputation came in handy many a time. He could always be trusted and was a real friend. Rest in peace until we meet again. - Posted by: Larry janzen (A close friend of mine during the 1960's and 70's) on: Jul 20, 2014
