Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID BORENSTEIN January 14, 1927- July 16, 2014 David Borenstein, age 87, of Winnipeg MB passed away peacefully on July 16, with his family by his side. David's passions included playing the drums, his business and following the world news on the internet. Even during his illness he enjoyed talking about his passions and spending time with his family. David is survived by his wife of 65 years, Betty, who remained by his side every step of the way. He is survived by his sons Akiva (Mara) and Yosi (Eti). He also leaves behind his grandchildren Yehuda (Orna), Ron (Eti), Leah (Daniel) and Ari (Karen), his great-grandchildren Eden, Almog, Itay, Tal and Leor and his sister Rita. Funeral service will be held at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery on Friday, July 18 at 10:30 a.m.
