MELVIN K. FRIESEN September 16, 1952 - August 2, 2014 After a valiant battle with cancer Melvin Friesen passed away, August 2, 2014 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre at the age of 61 years. Melvin is survived by his wife Mary; daughter: Cora (Trevor) Dueck, two sons: Kendall (Sabrina) and Trevor (Rebekah); and six grandchildren. The funeral service for Melvin will be held at the Rosenort E.M. Church, Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place in the Rosenort Cemetery. Viewing will be held Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the Rosenort E. M. Church, 7:00 p.m. with a program at 7:30 p.m. Donations made in Melvin's memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
